The Company pays a particular attention to the design and development of the Process, according to the Customer’s requirements. In this activity the feedback with the Customer is extremely important; that is why a system managing the Design of Processes/Products, accessible through the Web by the Customer, has been implemented. In this Reserved Area it is possible for the Customer to inspect/update (for the items pertaining to him) the status of the Design, as well as to directly operate on the FMEA as regards the indication of the Critical Characteristics for the end user of the product (and the relevant failure modes).
